His First char was probably a fire mage and maybe you interrupted something big such as a fricking raid that takes over 4 hours to do, or maybe an really high mmr rbg, you gotta understand that the shit that happens on wow it's like a virtual version on yourself, you build your reputation in there, if an high mmr rbg or 40 man was iinturrupted i did be pretty pissed to and how did you interrupt? did you mess up his game play somehow, if you did i am not sorry for you at all and to all the non wow players this is not addiction, it's simplify dedication, sometimes there are players like him who are contacted from sponsors, and well there is alot of stuff that happens, yes you get sponsors for being really good at pvp in the tournament season, and if you do happen to wreck his computer somehow, you will regret it. and to casual gamers out there, there is a diffrence of you and someone who is devoted to a goal even in a game, this doesn't mean he doesn't have a life just means he was doing something important that instance that she interrupted.

154, you're an asshole and an idiot. I understand that gamers take their games very seriously, especially if they are sponsored. My best friend is a pretty serious gamer, so I understand that they're not "losers with no lives", as the sterotype goes. But interrupting a game is no reason to destroy personal property, ever. OP's brother sounds like a self-centred manchild with a hair-trigger temper and he owes her not only an apology for his irrational behaviour, but money to replace her underwear.
