I'm sure that will get thrown out. I mean unless you posted it on the Internet or went around spreading it in some way and it ruined his life it's not really defamation. Since when is insulting someone grounds for a lawsuit? If anything maybe he could get you in trouble at work but that's it.

It's not defamation of character unless you went around telling everyone he was a pedophile. It sounds more like an opinion to me. His case is bullshit and any judge will laugh in his face.
