Today, my boyfriend and I were choosing animals that reminded us of eachother. I said he reminded me of a tiger because he is really muscular. He told me I reminded him of a zebra. When I asked him why, he said it was because of my stretchmarks. FML

#5, stretchmarks don't occur just because she's "let herself go" - don't be so insensitive. girls naturally get curvier (hips, breasts) during puberty and it can take a few years after puberty is done for them to TOTALLY disappear. they don't need to be reddish - often when they're old they're skin-colored and not as easy to detect. don't be such a prick.

HAHAHAHAHAHA that was hilarious. sorry it really made me laugh and i know its not the right time to laugh but i couldn't help it on the more serious side of things, could you tell if he was joking? if he was then talk to him and tell him that you don't like that joking, if he was being serious then dump him and do yourself a favor no one deserves comments like that

You should have written "Today my EX-boyfriend and I were choosing animals..." I wouldn't still be dating the guy. Unless you guys have the kind of relationship where you are bluntly honest to each other without hurting each others' feelings, which I highly doubt if you're posting this as an FML.

Okayy wow this has gotten some very interesting responses. Personally I feel that no girl deserves being treated like that, however it doesn't mean the same thing to guys as it does to girls. I don't think any of us have the right to tell you to dump his ass, but if you feel like your being degraded you need to do something about that. Anywaysss. I have stretch marks, but on my ass and boobs does that mean I need an eating disorder? Jeeeez, anyways, It's a part of life.
