To be honest, not everyone needs to shower often. While on vacation in Namibia or other places, its quite common to NOT have access to a shower for three+ weeks. If you didn't notice, it doesn't matter, as disgusting as it may seem, you don't actually get very "dirty" or anything unless you sweat profusely or do things which are obvious to cause you to get dirty, like sex or rolling around in a swamp. There is, of course, a line which can be crossed
