Today, my car key clicker wouldn't let me in. After a few frustrating minutes, I realized that, besides electronic capabilities, it's also an actual key that fits in a hole to unlock my door. FML

Not all clickers have replaceable batteries. Mine doesn't. The clicker is in the key head, it's not separate. The battery is a rechargeable that gets recharged while the key is in the ignition. If the battery won't take a charge any more, that key is hosed, and it's $300 for a new one at the dealership. O.O
