Today, my dog managed to pull a one-pound package of raw bacon out and eat the entire package including the cardboard. The vets cheered when they finally got him to puke up the entire, unchewed package of bacon. FML

He wasn't in pain. He inhales everything he eats. He as thyroid issues so hes not allowed to eat alot so poor baby is always trying to steal food. :(

That's nothing. A few years ago my dog got into the house (don't ask me how, the doors were locked) and ate an entire Christmas turkey.

What a relief that he threw it up.. Have you ever seen a vet bill for removing blockages? Thousands of dollars. You're one lucky dog owner..

Thank you, No. 71, for saying what I was thinking. People get dogs and then bitch and moan about the stupid things the dogs do when they're not looking. If you don't want to spend your life babysitting a dog, don't get a damn dog. If you do, shut up about it. It was your choice.

I agree with 79. Most of these FMLs are the result of a choice. Sure, you don't have to get a pet. You don't have to have a boyfriend/girlfriend/kid etc. either. If we took all those away, what would be left here to entertain us?
