I really love how people on here say they smoke weed and have a 4.0 or above. In today's world, you REALLY think it's that difficult to have a 4.0? Especially if that's your weighted GPA, it's really not that hard to achieve. I take all honors and AP classes and there are quite a few people who I have several classes with who cannot spell and botch basic grammar (such as "you're" and "your" or "there," "they're" and "their"). So YOU'RE sadly mistaken if you think having a 4.0 means you're a genius. For the record, I've never studied for a test in my life and my weighted GPA is a 5.3 (then again, I have a photographic memory). Teachers let students slide by and get grades they don't deserve. And you know what? It's not fair to the people who do deserve them and are actually learning something. Not to say that anyone who smokes pot isn't working hard and doesn't deserve their grades, I'm simply saying that there are people who achieve high marks without really earning them, so your grades don't necessarily demonstrate the effort you put in or your intelligence. Now that I've covered that, I have friends, good friends, that smoke pot. Quite a few of them take it upon themselves to make everyone around them who doesn't use feel like ignorant assholes. And most of the people they do this to don't drink or smoke cigarettes either. Regardless of your views on the legality and effects of marijuana, no one should ever be made to feel like a lesser person because they choose not to use a substance. Regardless of whether that substance be marijuana, alcohol, or tobacco.
