In the United States and most other secular countries, civil marriage is just a kinship contract. It makes two previously unrelated persons closest next of kin - spouses. The spouses get legal privileges of next of kin, and also the government recognizes their common income for tax purposes, common estate for inheritance purposes, and gives other legal privileges of next of kin, such as hospital visitation, right to make medical decision, survivor rights, etc. As such, marriage is neither moral or immoral.
Well then, guess you have a long talk ahead of you. I'd lose the condescending attitude when you have it, though.
Did you seriously just use FML to push a personal agenda?
3 edgy 5 me
That's pretty ****** up to say, since it seems somewhere in the relationship (and I'm assuming you've been together a while), you forgot to mention you have no interest in marriage. You may think it's sick and immoral, you're allowed to your own opinion, but you deserve this because it seems you're leading her on. Marriage isn't a joke when it comes to making your intentions or beliefs known to your significant other.
I hope she breaks your heart
What's your problem with marriage? Damn.
It's not immoral and shit...Simply because it's your opinion doesn't make it wrong. But why doesn't she know? You need to reel someone that...Therefore it's your fault.
*tell Sorry
You should prolly definitely tell her that then bro.

First, the fact that you don't like marriage doesn't make it sick or immoral. Second unless you have made it amply clear to your partner that you don't ever want to get married, they are entitled to think that if things go well, the relationship will eventually lead to marriage. Your girlfriend seems oblivious of the fact that you're so anti-marriage, so it's a **** her life from me
Then maybe you should let her know that so she doesn't keep waiting for something that's not going to happen.
