I've been in that exact situation. It really made me angry, to tell you the truth. Sure, they were trying to make me feel good about myself, but it's all ripped away when they tell you they've been faking. Girls, if you're in a committed relationship, don't fake orgasms. Help then figure out how to make you feel good.
