Today, my girlfriend who lives in China contacted me and told me she'd been harassed by a guy and was thinking about pressing charges. The guy is someone I know from college - he promised me he would say "hi" to her for me while he was in Shanghai. FML

You have no rights in China. It's a goddam Communist dictatorship. If you don't think that culture allows men to thrust themselves on women, why are there so many of them? Your girlfriend is ****** and so are you. FBOYL's (F both of your lives!)

This FML is too vague to really understand it. I can't really figure out if the girlfriend just overreacted or if the OP's friend actually sexually harassed. I'm leaning towards the girlfriend overreacting and it being a misunderstanding. Need more info though.

that's what happens when you delegate as simple a task as saying 'hi' :P

This sounds like it should be on a TV show hahahahaa

#21: That's very detailed...used it on someone yourself?

#21- You might be slightly psychotic. Look into that. And OP, shouldn't you have known that your friend was somewhat of a creeper?

Maybe he said "Hi" like a boyfriend would say "Hi". With a kiss or something like that. Why? I don't know, maybe he's just really stupid. Or was joking around.
