Sorry that your grandmother isn't able to be the person you hoped she'd be. Maybe she'll come around in time but unfortunately it's not very likely if she has no problem saying something like that to you. Un-invite her to the wedding - having her there is not going to feel good to you or anyone who is aware of just how hateful she is. It's your day - don't let her ruin it.
