I totally feel your pain. It's completely sensible of you to be pissed at a gesture of kindness, and it really is important to have the status of designer jeans that everyone will just assume you stole from abercrombie for free.

Uh wow first your grandmother was just trying to be nice. Also why spend 300 on jeans? I could have bought an entire outfit not from walmart or target. You could have spent 300 on jeans but then ripped them yourself and gotten a whole lot more usage out of them prob.
