One person cannot fix a marriage. If he's unwilling to try, then her only option is to end it. She can't force him to change, or to do anything. She can only change herself, her location, or the people she surrounds herself with.

I had a husband like that and he made sure to remind me everyday. Don't stay in the marriage. It won't get better. Don't think having children will make it better. I stayed because of our daughter. He started cheating online and with women he worked with even our tax lady. :(
