Today, my mobile phone wouldn't turn on. I took it in to the phone store, but they won't fix or replace it because the account is in my dad's name, not mine. He's abroad for the next month, and the only way to get a hold of him is on a number I only stored on my phone. FML

If you have an iPhone press and hold the round button at top button at the sane time for 30 seconds... I that doesn't work get a paper clip and take out the sim by incerting it in the little hole by the headphone jack... Good luck!

Samsungs are terrible. I had to replace my phone battery, charger and memory card nearly twice and I've used it only for two years.

My Samsungs are perfect. OP, you should always have your phone numbers written down somewhere. Can't you just take out your SIM card and put it into another phone?

This is why, despite having the numbers saved in ky phone, I made sure to memorize my parent's, brother's and aunt's numbers for emergencies.
