If you have an iPhone press and hold the round button at top button at the sane time for 30 seconds... I that doesn't work get a paper clip and take out the sim by incerting it in the little hole by the headphone jack... Good luck!

My Samsungs are perfect. OP, you should always have your phone numbers written down somewhere. Can't you just take out your SIM card and put it into another phone?
