Did you at least offer to pay for it? If he brought it over, he probably wanted more than an apology. Also, your boyfriend is an idiot.
OP, tell your BF to learn Muzzle discipline and Trigger discipline. He's making gun owners look bad, and will probably get himself shot while posing for a kewl gangtsa pic for fb. That's why you see a lot of soldiers/officers point their guns down, or keep them holstered when not firing. And it's also why you see them rest their fingers on the side of the gun and not keep it on the trigger. Fun fact: Characters in GTA 5 also do this.
Lets take gun safety advice from the guy who informs us that the characters in GTA: 5 are safe gun toters...jack ass...
I think the point, #30, was that he was saying that even the satirically dumb and violent characters in a videogame bashed for promoting unsafeness and violence aren't stupid enough to not heed muzzle and trigger discipline.
Sound advice? From a video game? So I guess its ok to steal cars and rob/kill hookers on the street too? It's ok on the game right? I've carried a gun every day of my life for the last 10 years and have been an avid and safe hunter for almost 20. The last thing I need is advice from some gamer JACK ASS about weapn safety
Everyone else has got the whole "why was he firing a weapon" thing covered... but once he did fire it through the wall, why wouldn't you guys go over there and make sure everything was okay?
My thoughts exactly they could have shot & killed the neighbor.
It's possible the neighbour wasn't home when the shot was fired.
It's also possible the girlfriend wasn't home at the time the boyfriend shot his gun and he only told her about it when she got home.
Well #67 IF the shot had killed the neighbor and she knew her bf had fired a shot through the wall (whether she was there or he told her about it), in some states she could also be responsible.
Odd how the shot was fired but no investigation was made from his side to make sure the neighbor was ok. Hospitals can't cure stupid! Not like his.
That ******* napkin holder had it coming....
There is something seriously ******* wrong with your boyfriend: and it's not just the fact that he's still your boyfriend.... **** your neighbour's life!!
Did I read correctly? Your boyfriend shot a bullet to a wall of an inhabited house? Is he stupid or what?
Be thankful the neighbour wasn't shot instead. Who fires a gun inside the house, probably for fun, anyway? Oh, that's right, irresponsible assholes who shouldn't have a gun in the first place. And why didn't any of you check if the neighbours were okay? Sorry for the long rant, shit like this just makes me furious.

It doesn't matter if the shot was accidental... OP, run... away from your boyfriend... fast!!!!
This may be a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing if you leave this guy, you would be dodging a bullet.
