OP, it doesn't take more than a minute to find the website for the Governor's Office of Highway Safety for the State of Georgia. According to that website, Georgia's Booster Seat Law says this: "children under age six will be required to be in a car seat or booster seat". I think your parents were most likely joking, but in case they weren't, just show them what the law says.

op you or your parents don't have a clue in Georgia booster seat laws are only in affect for children 6 yrs and younger weight is only am issue if you are under 4 google that shit, jeez
