Today, my wife ate nothing all day due to her morning sickness, but I tried to get her to eat something light, for our baby's sake. I brought her a banana. She yelled at me for being a "pervert" and accused me of just wanting to watch her stick a phallic object in her mouth. FML

Leave the poor woman be, trying to make her eat when she's feeling ill and putting it down as "for the baby's sake" is just cruel. News flash, the human body is pretty well designed for this, some days without food won't hurt her. Stress from being made to feel she HAS to do x, y and z perfectly or she's getting it all wrong before her baby is even here, actually might hurt her. Listen to the woman people. She's the one who's got to deal with it, she knows best.

sometimes you just gotta leave a pregnant woman alone. this is my 2nd pregnancy and i'm 20 weeks. i bit off my fiance's head last night over some tacos(that weren't even good but since i hadn't eaten all day it sounded good). bananas don't sound good even non pregnant and i've been tryin to eat since i was dehydrated at one of my previous appts to the point they put an iv in me(also lost 10 lbs in a month that i gained back). he just knows to bring me some juice and maybe a chicken salad sandwich and things are great. lol
