YDI for not getting a house that you can realistically pay with your income. I've got a mortgage loan, I pay monthly payments. If I stop paying, the bank will auction the house. I had a hard time, almost losing my house to the bank. But I paid my debt, and I can now rest calm. Other than that, this house is MINE. If you don't have a house, if you don't own a place to live, your girlfriend will dump you and look for someone who can afford a place to build a nest. Foolish teen kids, having sex without thinking about the consequences, without having finished school, without being able to get a job suitable to maintain a family.
