Today, we had our second snow day in a row, something that never happens. So while the rest of school got to sleep late, I had to wake up early, get dressed, and go to my bus stop because my mom didn't believe me. FML

In my county, sometimes we don't know if school is still in session or not until a few hours before school is to start. we have actually been on our way to school and THEN they decided to close. Also... WTF, calls home from the principal?... lol. fyl op.

A while back New York had a snow storm that made the schools close for a couple days. But thats a few years ago.

pfft F-you this isn't an FML. i have to walk to school everyday in -40.C or lower temp. there hasn't been a snow day in canada in forever (and i know that there is way less snow over there than there is here). it's not a big deal i have to deal with it half the year, every year, and no one here complains about it. so, get over it, and get a coat.

the OP got a day off school right? then she shouldn't complain about having to walk in what like 2 ft of snow? we have snow drifts higher than me over here. (5ft+) by the way, no one is used to -40 temps. you freeze your ass off as soon as you go outside. here, the school buses get cancelled but we are still obligated to go to school in this shit. that's why she shouldn't be complaining cuz she got 2 days off in a row.
