Today, when I was unpacking all of my stuff, my parents declared that they are going to live in Australia, and have found me a 'friend'. I am a 14 year old girl at boarding school, and my friend is my new foster mum. FML

Today, the boy I have crush on at school announced that his family were moving to Australia. My friend thought that it would be funny to spread a rumour that I was moving too, in order to follow him. Everyone has heard it, and unfortunately everyone believes it, including him. FML

Being from the UK too, I can't imagine they'd get away with doing something like this. It'd shock me if this sort of thing was legal, however there could be a whole lot more to it that we do not know about.

Wow. OP, I'm really sorry to hear that. It's got to be one of the worst things I've ever read of a parent doing to a child. Here's the deal though: Australia is positively lousy with all kinds of poisonous and deadly pests. Just get on your knees every night and pray for justice against those buttholes. -- just kidding -- In the meantime, living well is the best revenge, so graduate with the highest grades you can possibly get, go to college or some kind of post-high school training, and become a success despite them and their horrible priorities. Then, just be happy and know that no matter how awful they are, they will have to live with what they did to you forever. One day, maybe they'll even ask you to understand or forgive, and that day, you'll be able to say whatever you want to to them.

what, do you think we all live out in the bush? but i do agree with your second paragraph. the best way to say **** you to someone is to be successful and happy with your own life, and show them that you don't need them. i sincerely hope this fml is fake, but if it's not, i hope you can summon up the courage to rebuild your life to be bigger and better than before :).
