Today, during my boyfriend's family reunion, I started my period but didn't have any tampons. I asked my boyfriend to ask his mom if she had any. I sat on the toilet waiting, then heard him loudly ask his whole family "Does anybody have a tampon my girlfriend can have?" FML

What if SHE doesn't like period-sex? It's not just all about his boner, maybe she just doesn't feel like it. NEWSFLASH, not ALL women get horny. Most. But not all. Menstruating can cause cramps, bloating, upset stomach, nausea, weakness, exhaustion, aches, soreness from the waist to the knees, moodiness which can lead to low self-esteem, and sensitivity to things like taste and smell. And of course it messes with your hormones-- for some women that means a heightened libido, but for others it means a nonexistent one.

Ehh, its great for reducing cramp and headache, it makes the period shorter and its sex. Plus the cleanup isn't too bad, I tend to just use an old bath towel that can be washed. Is kinda normal in a commited relationship, becomes an everyday thing around the time when shaving legs becomes a massive chore :p

alot of girls do get horny on their period, well I do. personally my boyfriend won't have sex during it but I don't think it's that bad. I can understand how people think it's gross, the clean up is but the overall experience isn't bad.
