Tradwife blues

Today, my husband and I are sick. He keeps whining about how bad he feels. I'm just as sick, as well as 7 months pregnant. I've not only been taking care of his whiny ass: I've cooked, cleaned, and gone to the store several times because the tissues we had were too rough on his nose. FML

Just leave him alone for a few hours and he will realize that life indeed can be tough. Teach him a lesson. If you don't do it now you might never get a second chance.

I would feel sorry for you but I can't. Why? Because you are being a doormat and letting his whiny ass wear you down. Stand up for yourself. My husband tried to do this to me and I learned the hard way, except I was recovering from cancer and surgery. He expected me to cook, clean and drive while on very powerful chemo meds. They make you feel very ill afterwards and nauseated nonstop. While he was complaining the entire time how he has a sore throat and acted like he was dying. The side effects

Hubby used to try and pull this every time he was sick, yet I never got the same treatment when I was ill. So I quit tending to him when he is sick and told him why. I assume it was because when he was a kid, his parents spoiled him. So parents should raise their kids right and not pamper your kids to the point they only see their needs and nobody elses.

Men are giant babies when they're sick. Get used to it! Lol

should have bought the right damn tissues the first time.

at least he can take medicine, you can't fyl

Remember when tissues didn't have moisturiser in? One decade and product diversification later... Call his mum to look after him and disappear off to yours for the weekend. He could be in for an earful for infecting the baby to be (sorry love, you're just a vessel to all the grandparents!)

Well you're winning and bitching on FML so I don't see the problem here. If you really loved him this shouldn't bother you so much smh

stop WHINING IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH SO STFU

Guess you'll be taking care of the kid too. At least Mr. Man flu can take medications you can't.

You know who else had to work while they were sick and pregnant? My mom. I had seizures until I was 13, calcium deposits building up in my brain until I was three, and more. To avoid future medical bills, don't do errands, just focus on getting better.
