Or perhaps you simply forgot to set your Facebook privacy settings, and he has you as a contact without realizing it, that's happened to me before.

Some phones are linked to their facebooks, if he has you as a friend and your number is on your Facebook, when you put it in his phone it would come up with your name and one of your photos from Facebook.

Orrr with technology now, he has a smart phone and on mine ill be entering information and it gives me suggestions with photos from friends and suggested friends on facebook. Just a possibility.

Or it could be that you might be friends with him on Facebook and if he has a smart phone it will automatically download all his friends on Facebook phone numbers and information
