OP you know how he acts all the time? Do you really want to stay with him forever, or is this the best deal life could ever deal you? Because if he's offering you that amount of money to move away, he doesn't want you (or you've severely pissed him off). Whether or not it's because he's found someone else, or because he didn't think living with you would be like he thought. If you really want to keep him you're going to need a very lengthy and honest conversation with him about why he wants rid of you.
