If you don't remember her, then maybe you can have another one night stand. It'll be like seeing her for the first time. Just ignore all of the proposals for marriage and you'll be fine.

You should send her message and explain to her what happened. Then we can look forward to seeing something like this: "Today I got a relationship request from the guy I hooked up with and secretly in love with. I was so thrilled, I accepted and sent him a long message. He responded by saying his roommates did it as a joke and he doesn't even remember me. FML." :-P
