If you don't remember her, then maybe you can have another one night stand. It'll be like seeing her for the first time. Just ignore all of the proposals for marriage and you'll be fine.

I love how we all assumed the OP is a guy until we see the OP's gender and then we go WAT DA FUKKKKKK :D Regardless of gender, my advice is the same: Tell your one-night-stand the truth about your friends and that you're not interested in her. It'll devastate her feelings but otherwise you would be lying to her and that's even worse. PS: FYL for having dumbass roommates. That was a huge douche move on their part to mess around on your FB like that.
