Avoidance

By Kelavmeister - 17/04/2009 01:16 - United States

Today, I was driving home from school when I saw this girl I like walking home. Trying to be polite, I pulled over and asked if she wanted a ride. My offer was rejected as she said, "No, I'm actually already home," and walked up the nearest driveway. My driveway. FML

Hahaha. You should have just pulled up and been like, "SWEET. Me too!" What a bitch.

u shoulda expected that-kids-girls especially- are taught from day one "don't take rides from strangers" and if someone offers you a ride-ur supposed to go to the nearest house until they are gone

Hahahaha, I wish I could have seen the look on her face when you were like "Uh, no."

FHL! She deserved it for lying. Even if she didn't like the poster, "No thanks" usually suffices - at least the first time. A lie like that's only OK if the driver was harassing her.

LOL! SHE'S the one who should be saying FML. I hope to god you pulled into the driveway after her, got out, and called her on her terrible bluff. Make her feel like an idiot

It's more embarrassing for her than it is for you to be caught in a lie because you were you just trying to be nice.

Today, this girl who never leaves me alone tried to get me into a car with her by offering a ride home. I tried to escape by pretending the nearest house was mine. It was her house. FML.

that just makes her look like the idiot.
