For all of those saying that the OP should have gone up to the man and told him to stop...would YOU want to do that? Think about it. Some crazy guy is masturbating while you are alone in a cafe at closing time (most likely at night). if it was me, a girl alone in a cafe, I would NOT want to approach this man or make him angry in any way. He sounds nuts. I WOULD get on the phone with the cops, but not just bc what he is doing is illegal, but because I would be afraid to be alone with this man. I would tell them that I was alone and closing up, and that I'd want a cop there ASAP to ensure my personal safety. on another note...LOL at #25. That's just sick.
