Today, a kid from my school called me, saying he's going on vacation to Japan soon and that since I was born there, I could teach him the language. His exact words at the start of the call were, "Hey man, you speak Asian, right?" I have to be around this shithead 5 days a week. FML

Today, I came across a tourist in the street asking people for directions, but nobody understood him. I speak English, so I went to help the gentleman out. He said "Knock it off with the cheesy accent, pal" and informed me that my country is a shithole. FML

Today, I found out that two kids were able to, without much effort, convince my 16-year-old daughter that her friend's house was used to smuggle out Jews during WWII. His house was built in 2007. We also live in America. FML

Teaching him dirty words would be too easy. Just teach him the right words, but in Chinese instead of Japanese.

Look at it positively. Now you have a chance to teach him some manners. Japan is all about respect and manners. Tell him he'll offend people if he doesn't keep in line and maybe it'll stick. Or you could teach everything wrong and offend every person he encounters and ruin his trip and possibly jail time and or deportation.

That's not entirely true. Japan is among one of the most racist and closed off societies to outsiders there is, especially in the business world. It's just that they think most westerners are loaded with money, why some are being nice :).

Teach him how to say only racist, sexual, and just inappropriate phrases without his knowledge. That's one way to get even. Or be entertained. Or both.
