Today, I got a call from my husband asking me to bail him out from jail. He was arrested after being caught having sex with a waitress in a restaurant bathroom. FML

Some men are more attracted to trashy minimum wage women. its just their thing. sound like you deserve a mich classier more faithful guy in ur life. as far as the dude in jail goes, let him sit there and make friends with a man named bubba. sex might be ruined for him after that :) lol

Wow, way to assume that any woman working as a waitress is trashy... Maybe it's the only job they can find right now in the economy, maybe they're friendly and good at their job and bring in more in tips than a salaried or proper hourly wage.

Typical. Man cheats, the woman must be trashy or a *****. Waitress did not have an obligation to make sure the husband does not cheat. Yes, she was stupid for having sex in her workplace. But she was arrested as well, so I doubt she will do it again. However, the husband is the only trashy one because he cheated. Waitress owes Op nothing. The husband is the **** in this situation. On top of that, waitresses and waiters are wonderful people who might just not have the opportunities to get a big corporate job. I know a girl with a PhD in engineering who is working as a waitress because there are no jobs.

If this happened to me I think I'd be in shock and upset, but still love my partner to much to leave them in jail, even if they did cheat. That's just me though.
