#67, because otherwise, there would be no reason not to fear going to prison. For people working their asses off just to pay bills, the idea of having everything taken care of without having to do a thing can be very appealing. Even if it means giving up your "freedom." The fear of butt rape keeps a lot of people from taking this easy way out.
