Today, I got a call from my husband asking me to bail him out from jail. He was arrested after being caught having sex with a waitress in a restaurant bathroom. FML

I keep hearing things about how the waitress is a **** or trashy or a "toothless wonder." Yes, stupid as hell to have sex at your workplace. Not likely the best choice for future employment either. However, behavior aside, I don't feel like she is responsible for anything other than disobeying the law. The husband is the one who owes Op loyalty, vows, and who married her. He cheated and he is the only one responsible for his actions. The waitress could have asked for sex and he could have turned her down. He is the only one who is at fault for the broken trust and, hopefully, divorce.

The waitress shouldn't have slept with anyone on the job, that is very stupid behavior and she deserves to be in jail/fired for that behavior. The same as the husband. However, it is not the waitress's fault that he was married.
