I have a feeling they were making fun of the officer, OP. they have a sense of humor, you should be pleased. Too many people have little time for humor in their lives.
Obviously like the OP.. Just kids they either were cracking a joke or didn't know any better
Seriously! No one has a sense of humor. Just too serious all the time! And ay children only know what they're taught by all the older people in their lives...
Well, the donuts are the perk of the job :)
Agreed!!! The perk cannot be risking their lives everyday. :)
Well, the children do actually have a point. I mean, the first thing you always want to know about any job is its compensation. And we all know police officers all over always end up with "hundreds and thousands".
I'm ashamed to be apart of this generation. Rest assured OP not all of us are like this! Just most of us. ;) Tell them that not all officers eat donuts. I'm sure that'll stimulate more brain cells than their bodies have made in a lifetime. FYL
I just realised I might have misinterpreted the 'kids' in the FML. I thought OP's workplace consisted of teenagers. Oops. :) If these were in fact children, then yes, you are overreacting OP. Did you expect them to ask about monthly wages and life 'on the force'?
You realized after you got the down votes? Haha good try....????
No, I realised after seeing the comments about them being children and re-reading the FML. I replied in under 10 minutes not in 30, so your argument is invalid. But haha good try...? Idiot.
Right back at you because most of the time, all of your comments are invalid, but you're just a machine, right? It's ok you would have to be human to understand.
The fool still speaks? Ok, fucktard. 'Most of my comments are invalid' Well considering 95% of the time my 'invalid' comments are supported by fact, does that mean in your idiotic world, facts are also invalid?...exactly. So shut up, troll. If your IQ were any higher you'd be a dribbling retard. **** off.
Actually on the contrary, I have just been ******* with you this whole time to see how far this could go. My experiment worked perfectly, and thank you for being my test subject. It is amazing how far someone will go to protect their rep over one comment. Haha this has been so much fun and I hope to do this again soon! Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favor!
WTG America.
And what would your enlightened older generation have asked about? Police brutality? The counterproductive DARE program? What? They're just kids. I'm actually surprised that they didn't ask about high speed chases and shootouts. With the violence in today's media, I thought that would be the only thing they'd care about.

I think you're overreacting. They are just kids.
At least they chose a subject the police know about.
