Today, my mum grounded me for going to my boyfriend's house instead of the library. She said my boyfriend's mum phoned up because she could hear us having it off in his room. When I denied it my mum shouted at me for being a liar as well as a slut. I did go to the library. FML

Ah men, that sucks. You have a few options now: -Write your mum a letter where you explain calmfully to her that you realyl were at the library. Maybe someone can confirm it. -Break up with your jerkish boyfriend -Do both -Just life the grounding I prefer option 3!

all the ones i know are, so **** you. just because you get the crappy english shows broadcasted there and we get the good ones(and your crappy american ones) doesn't mean we're all like that. on tv they are told how to say something and what to do. it is not real. and to those ignorant ***** that think america is the greatest place on earth, it's not for the sole reason that there are people like you living there. the english language is called english because it originated in ENGLAND and we ENGLISH speak it. it is not called AMERICAN. if you want to make your own 'american' language go ahead.. it wont be as successful as english has though. you can say mum or mom it's personal preference, i like to laugh at 'mom' because it seems like it's pronounced "mohm" however 'mum' is pronounced the way it is spelt. we say realise, you say realize. big deal. you say "chlor-eyn" and we say "chlor-een". you spell it "aluminum" and we spell it "aluminium". now get over yourselves, you may be bigger(and fatter) but doesnt mean you're any better than the rest of the countries in the world :)
