Working in tech support myself this is a complete FYL. A GOOD tech support person can do two things right 1) Diagnose the issue properly 2) Speak on a level that the user can understand He obviously failed at one of the two item above. He's mad because he sucks at his job. Its his job to work on a level that the average user can understand and work at a pace that works for you. It is not your job to understand shortcuts and lingo unfamiliar to you.

That was lame of him. I use a Mac computer and had to ask for special software to make some of my school's virtual aspects work. You don't own a mac, do you?
Everyone who thinks the tech should be fired can be summed up in the truest sign ever made for a store: "The customer is not always right. Most of the time, the customer is a clueless moron. If this sign upsets you, YOU are this moron." That applies especially to #139 Why do we have to waste our time coddling people who don't want to be called what they are? In a sane world, the OP would have been called an idiot and hung up on after a few minutes and then someone who really had an advanced problem that required professional help could be assisted sooner.
