Profane

Today, I was rudely stopped in the park by a woman screaming at me for being a slut for having a baby so young. She got so worked up that she started swearing. Not only was I just babysitting for a friend, I am unable to get the toddler to stop swearing. FML

wow she needs to be more worried about how bitchy she's being, instead of how "slutty" you are.

Wow, what a rude bitch. But why didn't you interrupt her OP?

Well that's just bizarre!!! I would've told her that you are the baby's babysitter, then make her feel like crap for jumping to conclusions. . . OP, some people just have really bad days, and I guess you looked like a great "venting target" for her. You never know, she may have a teenage daughter that just told her she was pregnant. :/ It will be ok, just explain what happened to the parents.

A lady did that to my sister once, but my sister is twenty-three and married. She assumed my sister was an unwed teen mother.

That is so irritating! I have friends who were teenage mothers, and this happened to one of them. It's ridiculous. The amount of teen pregnancies are on the rise, and people need to just understand that it's common... I mean, go back 200 years, and we were having children at 14!!!

The difference is, 200 years ago, we were married.

Just because it's common, doesn't mean to say that it's something people should accept or think is good. However, nor should they react like the woman in the FML.

41 has a point, a century ago women had children when they could support them. Now they're having them to be "cool" like the ***** on tv. I'm personally disgusted by the fact that two thirds of children last year (on this continent) were born to women who required government aid to support them. That's just encouraging bad decision making.

well I guess I accept it because I am going to school to be a nurse and I see many, many teenagers coming in to give birth... Im not saying you HAVE to accept it, but the point is that it's common. People need to get over it... But Im with you on the fact that people need to just stay out of other peoples business

This pisses me off so much!!! I'm also 23 and married, with a college education. The joy of being pregnant has been seriously dampered for me because of people like this, who assume I'm 16. Mind your own ******* business.

there wasnt anything about breastfeeding in there.

WTF OP! Even if it was your baby, and you were a teen, she can't say such shit to you, its your life, you can have a ******* baby whenever you want, if i was in your place, i would've bitch-slapped her right there.

This is one of those times I wish you could just punch some people in the face, legally.
