Today, my immature step-father rubbed my head, destroying the $300 hairdo that took two and a half hours to finish. Three minutes before my wedding ceremony. FML

Have you guys even been to a wedding? Everything is alot of money, that's how people get you. I know for a fact that's that's really a cheap price to get your hair done for a wedding, expecialy your own. So stop saying it's the op's fault bc she spent so much money on it. She can't change the prices of things. That guy was just a prick and she should sue him in family court for the phisical and emotional damage he's caused

You paid $300 for a wedding hairdo??? I do fancy style updo's all the time for free. You could let any penticostal woman do it and it would turn out beautiful and take less time than that. Suxs for you on both levels

I'm just gonna say this,if a head rub can ruin a 300 dollar updo,then the stylist did a shitty job makin sure it'd stay in place for a wedding,which can last a good while.i've done updos where i could shake my head violently and not one pin would come out.the stylist should give the money back for a shitty job and the stepdad for ruining it.there's 600 bucks for you :p

Imagine if someone caused friction on top Of your pulled back hair!! What would happen?? No stylist could prevent damage from that type of misjudgment stepdad is a prick

Excuse me, but not every woman is willing to spend $300 on a hairdo. If I ever get married (not likely), I'll be doing it in Vegas, the minister will be dressed as Elvis, and I'll be wearing a dress that costs $50 at most. And I'll do my own hair, thanks very much!

300 dollars?! You got ripped off then, my mom's a professional hair stylist and does weddings all the time and she would never charge that much.
