Today, my immature step-father rubbed my head, destroying the $300 hairdo that took two and a half hours to finish. Three minutes before my wedding ceremony. FML

Not every woman spends wants to spend tons of money on their wedding...And the bride's family doesn't always have the money to pay for the wedding. My parents paid for their wedding themselves, and they were pretty poor.

@201 Well since everyone expects not to marry again after they just got married they want to look their best because it might be the last time. You dont look back at wedding photos when you are like 80 and have your grandchildren ask you why you didnt look nice.. Sorry but are you really that stupid

Who invites their parents to their wedding? Don't be surprised this happened! Then again, since kids these days can't even keep from adding their parents on Facebook, I doubt they can appreciate what I'm saying here. YDI.
