IANAL, but at least in Alabama, you are very wrong. You have the right to defend yourself to the point where you are safe, minimal possible force preferred. However, if someone punches you, and acts like he's going to again, you have the right to prevent it. And certainly if someone says they're going to shoot you and has the means and opportunity right then and there like your example, you have the right to defend your life even if it means killing them in the process. I have seen people walk out of jail cells without a single charge pressed, because they killed someone in defense of their life. The police have to arrest initially, but then charges are dropped on investigation. So either your auto cad class is wrong, or I'm avoiding wherever you live.
U should have punched him for banging her now.
What a masshole
Kick his nuts in...
I second this.
The guy owes you now. You were sleeping with YOUR girlfriend not his wife. Since he punched you for sleeping with his wife you get to go **** her now.
Call the cops?
