Well theres two ways it can be interpreted: OP was so drunk when he was at the hairdresser's, he told them he had his kids cut his hair, when he doesn't have kids. On the other hand it could mean OP had cut his own hair while being intoxicated, thus having to tell the hairdresser his kids had cut it to hide his shame.

I just pictured the shocked expression on the hair stylists face as she says that. Their hands will be shaking in fear of what she'd do to him/her if they messed up as well.

LOL! Oh man! Hey at least you didn't.. Oh I dunno.. Get a tattoo on your face! .. Or any tattoo for that matter. Your hair will grow back to how you liked it :)
