I agree with 16. for all of my ap tests, there were no less than four proctors in the room. I doubt they'd let only one person proctor to prevent stuff like this.
#12, I'm not sure what a collage board would be able to do about this.
I'm taking 4 AP exams...well, I've taken 2 already, but I've got one for each of the next two days. Hopefully I won't have that happen to me, lol :)

lol number 17 must be one of those pampered bitches at a private school with all sorts of money to spend despite the recession. 10 proctors for one test really? My school had two and one of them never said a word just sat there and made sure the other one didn't **** up. But maybe times have changed since i took mine.

You can report that as an "irregularity" to the AP people, which can get you a re-take.
