Today, a guy in a fancy car tailed me for twenty minutes, just so he could take a picture of my license plate and tell me there's a $300 fine for flicking cigarette ashes out your window. FML

That's crazy... But please don't flick ashes out your window. Or at least don't throw cigarettes on the ground. That annoys me more than just ashes. It is littering.

I hate smokers and how they believe the world is their ashtray so I hope and wish OP would get the fine. The guy that followed OP said there is a fine, but from the information given DIDN'T GET A FINE. However, OP probably won't because all the guy can do is prove that OP has a license plate.
