Yeah, I would really prefer a disease that requires medication and life-long responsibility and caution that also turns off most potential partners. That is totally better than a couple zits.

Honestly... Probably not acne. Ingrown hairs if you shave but not acne. I'm pretty sure what you have is penile papules. It's perfectly normal and you can have them removed. See your dermatologist.
