that's a horrible diet.. coffee is so unhealthy! you should try water or low calorie juice.
You're doing way more harm than good with that diet. Chill with the coffee. Yes it's a stimulant and may make you more hyper, but more than 1 cup a day can be bad for you.
Silly child, haven't you ever been to health class. if you eat only fruits and vegetables your body is not used to getting less nutrients and calories then before, and it slows down your metabolism, thus causing you to basically lose nothing and gain more weight. You should eat as much as before and do some exercises. Preferably waking up early in the morning and doing a little jog around the block each day. The fresh morning air will make you happy and outgoing and you'll be skinny. Reply if my comment has helped You
