Today, I found out I have an abscess in my bellybutton which causes me extreme pain and discomfort when I sit down. I am a receptionist. FML

They're called beds. At least those are the only things I find that are truly comfortable. And isn't that what ergonomics is all about?

Because it would force you to sit higher, causing your legs to have to stretch farther, which "spreads" your belly button, thus relieving pain. That's just a guess though... Seems like getting an office chair that lifts would be a simpler and more practical solution.
