Um.. I hate to tell you, but all puppies have worms. They get it from their mothers milk. You should always automatically deworm your kittens and puppies.

This is not true. Worms are not passed with milk. Puppies sometimes can eat the dame's poop, though.

Yes, they can get it before they are born in the mothers womb, through her milk, or by eating another's feces. And, since it is a puppy it most likely had roundworms which can be transferred through any of these methods.

only if the mother has worms, but every puppy should be treated anyways to be sure. worms in puppies are fatal unless treated
