@66 your rant is off topic she didn't say fml Im a sigle parent and my son is barely hAppy without his dad. how do you know he's dead beat not everyones love lasts forever. I wonder what kind of things, honestly it's not like he's sending money or drugs (hopefully) not pics. Not feelin the fml. sorry

Be grateful that at least your ex-husband is still in your son's life. Even if you and your ex are separated, at least you son still has a mom and a dad in his life. My parents separated when I was 5 and I was separated from my dad then and I'm 19 now and still haven't seen him or spoke to him. I'm still devastated to this day and wish he could have at least been a part of my life, even just seeing him once a year. I hope your son continues to hear from his dad. Best of luck.
