#13, I beg to differ. #8 ALWAYS has to be such a smartass. And OP, is your neighbor possibly Samuel L. Jackson?
Holy shit, FYL so much
#7 = win #10: You're a moron. By that logic people shouldn't NEED locks on their doors either, but I bet you still have them to protect yourself. It's the same thing with blinds genius. Anyway, OP, that's creepy. Way to go all Swiss Family Robinson on him though. You get a tip of my hat for that. I hope you guys get proof so that freak gets locked up, especially if you're a minor.
Fail trap. You should have got your dad to dance around your room naked and videoed the cop watching.
Ha! #12. "Introducing the newest form of peeping-tom detterence... The Jonas Brothers!" And apparently "detterence" isn't a word.
Haha you're parents are kind of awesome xP I mean most parents I know would report his ass , but noo yours decided to go 007 on him ! :)
Lesp: Either by "10" you meant "11" or you overlooked my point entirely. OmniFML: It's not, but "deterrence" is.
Good luck reporting him. Cops will do anything to cover their asses.

Wouldn't it be nice if they invented some sort of way to cover your window to keep people from looking at? Maybe even add an easy way to uncover it if you want the view outside during the day. Oh, wait. They did.
Thank god you caught him! If you had just reported a peeping tom, he just would've gotten sneakier and you wouldn't have known. And, people shouldn't NEED blinds to keep people from looking in their bedroom windows at night! In a perfect world, people would respect others' privacy.
