it obviously wasnt a fancy salon, just slightly better than wherever you usually go. an actually fancy salon would be very very unlikely to burn you like this since the good ones try to avoid harsh chemicals. and if they somehow did theyd never ignore you like that. you deserve it for letting it go, paying, and going home. dont bother sueing youll spend just as much on a decent lawyer as you would get from a lawsuit its not worth your time. youre also probably exaggerating for the fml because if it actually was a bad burn and hurt that much youd never just sit there through styling and blow drying. plus the stylist would notice....
Well if you don't sue, you should at least demand your money back. That's redonk.
ouch! that has happened to me before as well. She was really rude about it as well. After I got home and noticed i was actually hurt pretty bad on my scalp, I went back. I complained in a respectful manner to the owner/manager and they reimbursed me for my visit. Ouch ):
Lawsuit.

OMG! You shouild sue the company!!!!!1
Were the foils actually hot or was it the chemicals they were using that burnt your scalp? This happened to me once when I got my hair straightened. They left the treatment on for too long and I ended up with a very sore scalp and red burn marks on the top of my forehead. Needless to say I didn't go back there again.
