The longer you let this go on, the worse it's going to be. Have some dignity and just tell her straight out, then cut off all contact as it's obvious it's for the best - no contact means she can't get the wrong idea. Don't go ice skating, don't accept whatever she buys you. Be firm, it's not good for either of you to be in a relationship where one person doesn't want to be there.

I think she might be a little bit over attached :/ give her time to handle the breakup it might be a little hard but if you just explain to her why in a friendly loving way and don't be a jerk she could probably handle it a lot easier
